How to predict success in digital commerce?

The campaign worked. But do you really know why?

That’s the trap most brands fall into. A viral moment, a standout collab: worth celebrating, sure. But momentum without understanding might be a false signal.

Predictable growth depends on two things: system clarity and signal discipline.

System clarity means knowing what caused the result: if you’re switching workflows or tactics without a clear understanding, your success will be guesswork. It's hard to repeat what you don’t understand.

Signal discipline is not seeing every spike as a win. A traffic surge might not be real traction. And if CAC keeps rising but no one returns, you don't have a sustainable strategy.

And even if your experience is solid, can you scale it? Can you deliver consistently when demand surges?

That’s the real test. It inspired us to build Conway Brand Radar.

We don't have acces to P&L data, but we surface early signals: traffic trends, hiring moves, company news. Signals that don’t prove success but often precede it. Our goal is to ask the right questions: is this growth consistent? Strategic? Built to last?

Seepje

With 99%+ natural pingredients, Seepje has secured €4.2 million from ABN AMRO Sustainable Impact Fund in 2023. Today the brand is rapidly expanding through international retail scene like Alnature, dm and onther supermarket chains.
